The Denver Hub is the only ASB facility that currently offers in-house embroidery. While we have many great partners who provide this service to ASB, we determined that the only way to completely control the process and be able to deliver to our customers, is to bring this function in house. We currently have the capacity to process over 1,500 garments per day and are working on our 3rd expansion to increase this for the future. By having this production in-house, we have been able to reduce turn times (currently 1 week after garments arrive) and have the ability to accept and confidently deliver on rush requests. We know sometimes rushes are necessary, and we now have the ability to respond to those requests when needed.

Fulfillment

Our company owned fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado currently has just over 70,000 square feet after our last expansion.

ASB takes the worry out of the distribution process. Shipping thousands of products every day, we know what it takes to handle a customer's fulfillment needs. Using our integrated technology, multiple warehouse locations, and highly trained logistics team, we ensure all orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

We offer pick-and-pack services for individual items, assembly and kitting for national and international rollouts, extensive warehousing and distribution capabilities, same-day shipping, and custom reporting to track every step of the process.
